All disputes between the parties are resolved by mutual agreement and in good faith. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, all unresolved disputes related to the Website, including disputes arising from the interpretation, invalidity, performance, or termination, as well as disputes related to filling gaps in the General Conditions or adapting them to new circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
